The main goal are to qualify for 50m crawl and 50m butterfly - but if I qualify for the other two distance that would be wonderful.&lt;br /&gt;I have in a way started my training. Not my physical or swim training because I have a swimmers ear for the moment and a soar throat. So my mental training has instead started. &lt;br /&gt;What I'm doing now is training myself to relax in stressful sistuations and also imaging myself achieving the qualifications for the distances 50m crawl, 50m butterfly and 50m backstroke. For the 100m crawl I still have some issues, I feel little terrified and fatigue for the distance. In the beginning I couldn't even imagine myself starting the distance, now I hvae worked with myself and I can se myself get up on the starting block and start and enter the water and take three good and strong strokes - but after that I choke. So I have some more work to do to feel comfortable with the distance.
